Each signer must present one of the following forms of valid and current identification that has been issued within the last five years:

• Driver's License
• State ID Card
• US Military Identification Card
• Passport

The above forms of ID must contain a photograph and description of the person named on it, shall be signed by that individual, and shall bear a serial number or other identifying number.

Loan Document Signing Fees-Title, Lenders, and Escrow Companies:

• $125 Base fee for 1 loan (40 miles roundtrip).
• $ 35 Each additional loan.
• $1.00 Each additional mile.
• $ 30 Emailed documents per loan package (incl. copy for borrower).
• $ 1 Fax back per page.
• Half base fee for no shows or refusal to sign.
• Full base fee and additional mileage for multiple borrowers requiring separate signing appointments.

General Notarization and Fees

Acknowledgement: Used to certify the identity of the document signer.

Jurat: Used to certify that the signer has sworn the contents of the document are true.

• $6.00 Taking acknowledgments or proofs for the first signature

• $1.00  for each additional signature

• $6.00 Administering oath or affirmation

• $6.00 Swearing a witness for a depossition

• $ .50 Taking a deposition of a witness (for each 100 words) 

• $6.00 Certifying a photocopy

• $ .50  Providing an uncertified copy of an entry from a notary's record book (per page)

• Personal Income Tax Returns

• Non Profit Income Tax Returns

• Business Income Tax Returns
• Amended Returns

Tax Preparation Fees are determined on a case by case basis.

• $ 10 Up to 10 round trip miles.

• $ 20  11 to 20 round trip miles.
